Malice Domestic 2015

Malice Domestic was a wonderful experience of nonstop action.
Aziz Rakla, driver and friend, provided transportation.

WWKers Gloria Alden, E.B. Davis, Shari Randall, KM Rockwood, Grace Topping, and I gathered in the bar.
I connected with SinC friends, Chapter Presidents, and Guppies.

Panelists Cathy Ace, Peggy Hanson, Maria Hudgins, Maddy Hunter, and I discussed globe trotter sleuths.

At Art Taylor’s banquet table, we celebrated his second “Best Short Story” Agatha.
The new authors’ breakfast was terrific.

In Authors’ Alley, B.K. “Bonnie” Stevens introduced INTERPRETATION OF MURDER with daughter Sarah giving a sign language demonstration. It was truly a delightful conference!

Cathy Ace, Welsh Canadian Crime Writer

Cathy Ace
Reading the authors scheduled for my Malice panel (Globe Trotters: Traveling Sleuths) provides vicarious foreign vacations. Born and raised in Swansea, South Wales, Cathy Ace, is now a Canadian citizen. Prior to writing crime fiction, she had a successful marketing career and wrote training courses and textbooks. Her protagonist Cait Morgan shares her Welsh-Canadian background and is a victim profiling criminologist. Cait has appeared in six novels, including THE CORPSE WITH THE SILVER TONGUE, which takes place in Nice. Cathy also writes the WISE Enquiries Agency series, involving four female PIs who operate out of their stately home in Wales.
