Susan F. Craft is an excellent author, but she’s also a talented artist. As she wrote her latest novel, Laurel, for inspiration, she painted a waterfall where a special, romantic, poignant, and future-changing scene takes place.
While searching for their daughter, who was stolen with her Cherokee
aunt by slavers, Lilyan and Nicholas come across an enchanting waterfall where
fireflies dot the sky.At that time, they reaffirm their commitment to each other and their family. Susan’s picture wonderfully illustrates their view. During the holidays, Susan and I enjoyed painting snowy landscapes. Best wishes, Susan. May many readers enjoy Laurel.
