My name is Paula Gail
Benson. My first dictionary had a section that contained names and their
meanings. It indicated that "Paula" meant "Little" and
"Gail" meant "Source of Joy." I've always loved that
definition and thought it would be a good name for a collection of short stories.
I write short stories,
novels, plays, and musicals. I belong to Sisters in Crime and Romance Writers of
America. I enjoy attending writing programs and conferences and moderating
panels at the South Carolina Book Festival.
