On November 20, I joined with Pastor Metze, Joe
Roof, Randy Nolff, and Bill Itter of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and
representatives of Lutheran Homes (previous tenant) to witness the signing of a
lease agreement that will house the Autism Academy of South Carolina in the
Eleanor S. Rice Building owned by the church.
Welcome to Lorri Shealy Unumb (advocate of Ryan’s
Law and VP of State Governmental Affairs for Autism Speaks), her husband Dan
(attorney and co-founder with Lorri of the Autism Academy), their son Ryan,
Shanna Poston (the Autism Academy’s Business Manager), and the Academy’s
students and families!
